Pending - Payment

The Freight charges and carrier have been determined for your Order. To complete for shipping, click open the Pending Payment order and submit your credit card information. Or, you may call us (800) 235-3325 to provide payment information.


Pending - Representative

Your order was submitted without payment information. A customer service representative will contact you soon to obtain this information.


Pending - Freight

We have received your Order, and our specialists are calculating the best Freight shipping options for you. You will be contacted via Email and/or phone with freight costs and process for finalizing your Order. Your order status will then change to "Pending - Payment".


Pending - On Hold

Contact is required to proceed with order. We have tried to contact you via Email and/or Phone regarding your order. Once we make contact with you, we will be able to proceed with your order. Call us at (800) 235-3325.


Order Processing

Your Order and Payment have been received. Your order is being reviewed and prepared for shipping.


Order Shipped

Your Order has shipped! Your tracking number is now available with a link to the Carrier's tracking page, and you should receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will also provide the Carrier Name, Tracking Number, and a link to a tracking page. You will be able to track the delivery process of your order. If your tracking link doesn't work, please allow 12 hours for the Carrier to upload the information.
