- We ship to all registered U.S. Post Office commercial and residential addresses throughout the US. and to all international locations outside the U.S.A. that are serviced by Federal Express ®.
- Shipping charges are calculated to charge only for actual discounted carrier shipping costs. Charges are calculated using our distribution center in Ohio as the point of origin.
- Most orders are shipped no later than the following business day after payment is received.
- Each order can only have 1 ship to address.
- Shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipments are subject to product availability and general shipping policies and procedures.
- If an item is out-of-stock we will contact you to explain, and obtain your instructions as whether to (a) ship a partial shipment, (b) back-order the out-of-stock item, (c) cancel the out-of-stock item, (d) hold the entire shipment and billing until the order can be filled, or (e) cancel the entire order.If you decide that you want a partial shipment sent, you will not be invoiced for the back-ordered item (including its individual shipping charges) until it is actually shipped to you.
- Orders for pick up at our Columbus, Ohio,Detroit, Michigan, or Pennsauken, New Jersey warehouse stores will be available for pick up 2 hours after the order is placed, provided all items are in-stock and both order and payment are received before 3:00pm (EST) Monday thru Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm (EST) Monday thru Thursday will be ready for pick up after 10:00am (EST) the following day. Orders placed after 3:00pm (EST) on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be available for pick up after 10:00am (EST) Monday.
- Freight charges are automatically calculated for your order and the price is quoted at the time of your checkout.
- Freight costs include a lift gate and delivery notification at no additional cost.
