The Waring Commercial Chamber Vacuum Sealer is able to keep food fresher for longer in the refrigerator, freezer or pantry. Vacuum packaging has been used as a safe and cost-effective method for extending shelf life and maintaining the quality of food products for many years.

For maximum durability and longevity,the unit is made up of a 2 gallon stainless steal housing chamber. It's user-friendly control panel allows complete control in an easy-to-use format. It has a heavy-duty and transparent chamber lid to monitor the vacuuming process. The ergonomic handle permits easy opening and closing of the lid. 

The WCV300 effectively removes air and extends freshness up to five times longer than normal preservation methods. This sealing system offers much longer shelf life for foods that you package. Liquids and liquid-rich foods can also be effectively vacuum packaged.  The vacuum sealer is designed to package a wide variety of foods: fresh meats, soups, marinades, and stews that are packaged quickly and easily with no mess or stress. Additionally, there is a marinating function which infused meats, fruits, and veggies.

The 11 inch seal bar double seals each bag to ensure complete, long-last closure. Included is (50) 1 quart bags and (50) 2 quart bags. The vacuum sealed pouches are boil and microwave safe. 

How to Use

Place the pouch to be sealed inside the chamber, align with pouch clamps, and close the lid. Use the touchpad and push "Vacuum/ Seal" to begin the sealing process. This removes the air from the entire chamber and the vacuum pouch. Once the preset vacuum/ seal time has finished, the pouch is tightly sealed and ready to be stored in the refrigerator or freezer! Upon completion of the sealing cycle, air flows back into the chamber. After the lid has released, the process is complete. 

To marinate, select the marinating function to infuse flavor into your food. You can adjust the packaging settings, cancel a task or simply check the time left by the easy to use control panel.
