General Warranty Information

Restaurant Equippers' goal is to make sure you have the equipment and supplies you need to keep your kitchen and dining room running.

If your equipment isn't working correctly, our equipment and supply specialists have the information to help you start the warranty process to get your equipment back in top condition. Our manufacturer partners warrant all your commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment purchases.

  • Before you call, make sure you have your unit's model and serial numbers and your business contact information on hand.
  • If you need a copy of your invoice for your warranty repair, please call 888-430-1655, option #3, and we'll get it to you as soon as possible.

Our goal is to make sure you have the equipment and supplies you need to keep your kitchen and dining room running. We'll do everything we can to meet that goal.

If you're interested in an extended warranty for equipment you purchase from Restaurant Equippers, you can purchase one from CPS at the time of purchase.
