Vulcan Endurance Range includes stand or convection ovens are known for legendary toughness, productive, reliable, lower cost, and are better for cooking! 

Users can select among more than 300 configurations different endurance configurations to meet chef’s needs. Mix and match from a variety of options and accessories to create the ultimate range. Select the number of burners and choose between manual or thermostatic griddles, charbroilers, standard, or convection ovens, integrated configuration, and more! Create a custom cooking station from 12 to 72 inches.

Every Endurance Range begins with a durable, fully welded frame made to last for years. Many range options offer exclusive renovations that improve productivity, saving time and effort. A Traulsen refrigerated drawer base eliminates frequent trips to the refrigerator, enhancing productivity while protecting food safety. Vulcan’s flash tube pilot system for open top burners places a single pilot between 2 burners so it won’t go out due to spills or boil overs. 
Fewer pilots reduce energy consumption, saving an average of $300 a year for a 6 burner range. Our optional flame safety burners automatically cease gas if the pilot is extinguished, reducing risk. Vulcan’s Press-N-Click Piezo Ignition system accelerates pilot reignition, avoiding delays that can impact productivity.

Choose Standard or Convection Oven is the largest in the industry, offering more even heat distribution for a more consistent product. The 36 inch oven thermostat is located in the cool zone, helping ensure component liability and long life. To stand up to the rigors of the busiest kitchens, our oven doors feature compression spring mechanisms. Grates have a built in aeration bowl for greater efficiency. Burner knobs are cool to the touch, high temperature material. Two ovens: left oven is 23,000 BTU/hr. bakers depth oven, measures 261⁄4"d x 201⁄4"w x 14"h. Right oven is 35,000 BTU/hr. bakers depth oven, measures 27"d x 263⁄8"w x 14"h. Both ovens have porcelain bottoms and door panels. Oven thermostats adjusts from 250°F to 500°F with a low setting. Each oven is supplied with two racks, two rack guide sets, and four rack positions. Oven doors are heavy duty with an integrated door hingespring mechanism requiring no adjustment. 1" rear gas connections with rear manifold and pressure regulator. Total input 358,000 BTU/hr. Flame Safety device with manual spark ignition for all open top burners, thermostatic griddles and oven pilots.
