Blodgett Oven Details
Bake and steam large quantities with this luxurious Blodgett BCX-14G-NAT natural gas single deck full size combi oven! This single deck, full size convection oven comes with a floor stand for extra storage. The Blodgett oven has the ability to to handle cooking mass quantities for your catering company, restaurant, or country club.
Features
There is a multiple speed reversing fan, hot air circulates around the food for evenly cooked food. This boiler unit keeps hot water ready to provide a consistent supply of steam. The easy-to-use manual controls up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with a 4" temperature probe so you can cook and bake to your exact needs.
This unit comes with 5 stainless steel wire racks, but it can accommodate up to 7 racks so you can arrange (7) 18" x 26" or (14) 12" x 20" pans.
Please note, a natural gas connection is required for operation and a 115V electrical connection is required to power the convection fan motor.
Settings
You can select steam, combi, hot air, and cool down options for added cooking flexibility. This unit is equipped with an open vented system so you can confidently cook and bake a variety of dishes without sacrificing quality. To help prevent flavor transfer, a fully insulated cooking chamber provides 115,000 BTU of power to cook your food efficiently and at the highest quality. You can easily add steam into the cooking process.
Cleaning
This unit includes hinged inner glass and stainless steel for easy cleaning. Plus, the interior of the oven's cavity includes a 316 stainless steel coved corner liner for easy cleaning. Here is an informative video on how to clean your Blodgett Oven.
