After you place an order that includes a CPS Extended Warranty, you'll receive an email from CPS to the email address you provided during checkout. The email should arrive within 7 days of receiving your order and will include information on registering your item with CPS. Be sure you check out spam and junk folders.

If you didn't provide an email at checkout, you'll receive your extended warranty registration information in the mail.

Once you receive the email or letter, you must register your item online or over the phone with CPS for your extended warranty to be valid.
