It features electronic solid-state controls with an easy-to-operate knob, allowing for precise temperature management. With natural browning and a baking temperature of 350°F, this unit can hold 8 bun pans or 16 steam table pans per compartment, offering exceptional cooking flexibility. The stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy maintenance. Equipped with 5" casters—2 swivel with locks and 2 rigid—it is easy to move around as needed.
